MOLD CHEK Inspection consist of the following:

FIELD INSPECTION.
We gather information to determine the nature and possible origins of the suspected problem. Moisture Readings are collected in areas exhibiting reasonable potential for moisture intrusion.

LABORATORY ANALYSIS.
Samples are analyzed by an outside laboratory.

TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION.
Full report includes laboratory report, description of project activities, investigation results and recommendations.

The primary purpose of the investigation is to determine if the indoor levels contain mold spores or other factors that may be present at unhealthy levels.

After conducting a preliminary assessment and collection of data, if MOLD is discovered a Remediation Plan will be outlined.
